The Kindness Challenge

Your mission, should you choose to accept it, will be to complete one of the following:

• Say a nice thing to someone in a bad mood.

• Compliment a stranger.

• Help someone with a chore they need done.

• Be a role model.

• Call someone you love and tell them.

• 
  Let someone know how much you appreciate them.

• Hold the elevator door.

• Open the door for someone.

• Give away your parking spot.

• Write a complimentary note and leave on someone's desk.

• Let someone cut in front of you in line.

• Pay for something for the person in line behind you.

• Pick you own random act of kindness and add to the comments. We'll add it to the list!

• Encourage your friends to participate in doing a random act of kindness with you!

After completing your mission, be sure to go to WF Rocks on Facebook, post a picture of your rock, and share your act of kindness with others. It's contagious, and unlike COVID, a wonderful thing to spread around!

If you would like to continue the challenge, re-hide the rock for others to find.
